Through these channels, I will process your personal datato engage in a dialogue with you, such as answering questions about my services. I only process the information you provide me during our communication.
I typically process the following common information: name, email, phone number.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I will delete our communication once it becomes clear whether you are interested in my services or not.
However, in exceptional cases, there may be a need to retain your personal data for a longer period.
Customers
I need to communicate with my customers to ensure the proper delivery of services. In this context, I may process information such as name, address, services, special agreements, payment details, and similar.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Once the service has been provided and any outstanding matters have been resolved, I will promptly delete the personal information.
Accounting
I am required to retain all accounting records in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act. This means that I keep invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. These documents may contain common personal information such as name, address, service description.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
I retain this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current accounting year.
Job Applications
I gladly accept job applications to assess whether they match employment needs at StahlVVerk.
If you submit a job application to me, the legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you have applied for a specific job opening and you are not hired, I will dispose of your application once the appropriate candidate has been selected.
If you have submitted an unsolicited application, I will promptly evaluate its relevance and delete your information if there is no match.
If you are hired for the job, I will provide you with separate information on how I process your personal data in this context.
Data Processors
No one can do everything alone, and the same applies to me. Therefore, I use vendors, some of which may be data processors.
External vendors may provide systems to organize my work, services, consultancy, IT hosting, or marketing, for example.
It is my responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. Therefore, I have high requirements for my vendors, and they must guarantee the protection of your personal data.
Disclosure of Personal Information
I do not disclose your personal information to third parties.
